Our VISION is... to aggressively combat the substance abuse epidemic in Pickens County by providing the most current information to the entire community via all individual and group efforts in the battle of the abuse of alcohol, tobacco and illegal drug use AND to find preventive as well as rehabilitative resources for all citizens affected by substance abuse.
